Submitting a form does not authorize text messages. If you submit one of our Google Ads lead forms, you ask us to contact you about your property by phone call or email.
Text messages (SMS). We text you only if you check the SMS box on our Site, or answer "Yes" to the optional question "Can we text you?" on one of our Google Ads lead forms (answering "No, call or email only" means we will not text you). By checking the box or answering Yes you agree to receive automated texts from Perspective Properties LLC about your property and offer. Message frequency varies with your inquiry. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or STOP to cancel at any time; after STOP you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again. No sharing of mobile information. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The sharing categories in section 3 exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with any third parties.
You can stop calls or email at any time by telling us, by replying to one of our emails, or by using the contact details in section 12.
