Perspective Properties LLC is a real estate investment company that purchases vacant, bare, raw, and undeveloped land from property owners for cash. Our services include:

• Facilitating the purchase and closing process for accepted offers

We currently buy land in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Louisiana, Michigan, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas, though we may consider properties in other locations at our discretion.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements to use our Site and services. By submitting property information, you represent that you are the legal owner of the property or have been authorized by the legal owner to act on their behalf.

4. Property Submissions

When you submit property information through our Site, you agree to the following:

• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful to the best of your knowledge
• You have the legal right to sell or authorize the sale of the property described
• You are providing your information voluntarily and consent to be contacted by Perspective Properties LLC regarding your submission

Submitting property information does not create any binding agreement or obligation on either party. A binding agreement is only created when both parties execute a written purchase agreement.

5. No Guarantee of Purchase

Perspective Properties LLC is under no obligation to make an offer on any property submitted through our Site. We reserve the right to decline any property for any reason, including but not limited to:

• The property does not meet our investment criteria
• Title issues, liens, or encumbrances that cannot be resolved
• Environmental concerns or other property conditions
• Inability to verify property ownership or other submitted information

Any offer we provide is non-binding until a written purchase agreement is fully executed by both parties.

6. No Professional Advice

The information provided on our Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or real estate advice. We are not licensed real estate agents or brokers.
